1.     There is no Exact Diet For Everyone
We all are unique… and subtle differences in body shape, genetics, culture and environment can affect which type of diet we should eat.

  • Do some mind exercises (read, do a puzzle occasionally during the week).

Trans fats are also known as partially hydrogenated oils .
