Breakfast is viewed an important meal because it breaks the overnight fasting time frame, renews   your supply of glucose and provides other essential nutrients to keep your energy levels up for the duration of the day. Having breakfast has long term health benefits and medical advantages. It can reduce obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes. Breakfast is an excellent occasion to eat together as a family when possible. ... So, breakfast is  truly the most important and essential meal of the day!


Breakfast gives the body and mind with fuel after an overnight quick - that is the place its name starts, breaking the quick! Without breakfast you are viably running on unfilled, such as attempting to begin the auto with no petrol!
