I have no time to exercise, what can I do for stay fit?
At that time everyone is
very busy in own work So Anybody have no time for spend on exercise . Because
of that we have faced many problems related to our fitness like bulgy, extra
weight gain , Circulatory System Problems , Diabetes ,Joint and
Bone Fragility , Depression , feeling uncomfortable . For that I will tell you
simple ways to fit and away from this
types of health problems.
1. Walking [Multi-task]
: Walking is one of the
most underrated forms of exercise, and one of its many benefits is that it’s
easy to multi-task. You can make phone calls while walking, bring the dog along,
or even squeeze in some in person socializing with a workout buddy.
2. Turn your Drive
into a workout: A long Drive in the car
means you’ll be spending a lot of your day immobile, and worst of all, sitting
down. Between running, walking, and biking, there are plenty of active modes of
transportation out there. In a city, jogging might even get you home from work
faster than the subway. Alternatively, you try can
getting off the bus or train a few stops early and walking the rest of the way.
3. Walk to nearby
stores or Shops : Finding opportunities
to walk for bring something to nearby stores or shops. It is one of the best
strategies for busy people trying to keep their bodies in motion. If you have a
long list of errands, consider what you can accomplish within walking distance.
You might end up carrying a couple bags of groceries for a bit of a hike, but
your body will thank you for the extra exercise.
4. Take the stairs : If you have any opportunity to
go down the stairs and climbs the stairs then do it .If you have the option and
it’s a reasonable distance, always opt to take the stairs over an elevator. Parking
on the upper level of a parking garage and running the stairs is another way to
squeeze in exercise and get your energy up. A 185-pound man can burn almost 180
calories by climbing stairs for 20 minutes, and just a few minutes per day of
stair-climbing can improve the health of your heart.
5. Exercise in line : Standing in a line does not to
be the painfully boring experience most people dread. It is a good opportunity
to sneak some movement into your busy day. It is a good execercise.Instead of
feeling stiff and impatient, revel in the chance to squeeze in a few stretches,
squats, or lunges while you wait. Don’t worry about what anyone else thinks.
Your day is your own, and your body needs to move.
6. Play with the kids
after dinner : Play with your kids
is also provide a part of exercise .Enjoy a quick game of basketball, a pickup
baseball game or just some tag.
7. Do leg lifts and
similar exercises while watching TV: Use ankle weights to make the workout even more effective.
I have no time to
go to a gym for exercise, what can I do to stay healthy?
I would recommend trying to
find small pieces of time during each day where you can incorporate exercise
activities. During your lunch break
consider taking a walk. Take the stairs
instead of the elevator when possible.
Keep a set of hand weights at your desk or near the couch and become
familiar with a few exercises you can do while sitting, standing or even
talking on the phone. Every positive
change counts and you might be surprised at how much activity you can squeeze
in when you make the effort without ever setting foot in a gym. Don't forget to check with your doctor before
beginning any exercise program.
